It's an old Zenit SLR camera case, the one with the retaining screw on bottom left. It can fit the ZI camera almost perfectly with no more than some hand made cuts in it, and you can use the half bottom case lonely if you prefer to. The full case looks uggly, but you can fit the ZI, Biogon 2/35 (but without hood) and an external viewfinder on the hotshoe, such as the 15mm Voigtländer.
